exact monthly IT cost in advance and can plan ahead.
Your operational expenses are separated from your
capital expenses (projects), permitting you to predict
cash flow and do long-term strategic planning. There
are no surprises.

Q. When you say that Rest Assured aligns
your interests with mine, what do you mean?
A. The
traditional method of pay-as-you-go support model is
called “break-fix:” it breaks, we fix it. It removes
all incentive for your IT support consultant to give you
maximum uptime. In other words, the more problems you
have, the more money your consultant earns. There are
consultants – not IntegrIT, of course – who may be tempted
to take advantage of the situation or use it to
camouflage their lack of competence.
The
Rest Assured flat-rate model actually aligns our
interests with yours. Your
goal is to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Our goal is to keep things running optimally so we don’t
have to make unnecessary service calls.

Q. Are new hardware and software installation costs covered under this agreement?
A. Yes, if you sign up for the Rest Assured™ REM (Deep Sleep) Service. If you are a Delta (Dream) or Alpha (Zen) client, you will receive a discount on our rates for installing and configuring new hardware and software. Note: The costs of the hardware and software are NOT included. However,
we will act on your behalf to research, recommend, and purchase new hardware and software at no additional cost if you are a REM Client.

Q. I frequently work from home. Will you
support my home computer?
A. Yes!
We recognize the significant contribution an executive
makes from his or her home, which is often an extension
of the office. Our Rest
Assured program includes support for the home computers
of your company’s executives.

Q. Can you make my PDA sync with my office
data?
A. We
have a lot of experience in this area. It is subject to
many complexities, but we are usually successful in
facilitating consistent,
reliable data synchronization between
a Palm Pilot, Pocket PC, Blackberry, or other PDA, and
your Exchange data or other computer data.

Q. Will you guarantee that I won’t have any technical problems or downtime?
A.
No, we cannot guarantee that you will never have any technical problems or downtime; no one can.
However, we will guarantee you will see a significant drop in the number of problems you experience and a
dramatic improvement in the speed, performance, and reliability of your system.
Plus, if you are a REM (Deep Sleep) Plan client, we will resolve any computer network problems without billing you additional fees.

Q. If I sign up for this program, what is my commitment?
A. We request that clients sign up for a 12-month commitment to allow us to allocate the appropriate resources to your account. However, for first-time contracts, we will allow an initial 6-month commitment to allow you to
test the waters and see if this program works for you. You may also cancel this agreement at any time, without penalty, as long as you give us 30-days’ written notice.
